How to place an order?

  • Use the search bar on the Eshat Telecom website to find your desired product, like "Anker Soundcore Space Q45 Noise Cancelling Headphones."
  • Choose the color you want (black/blue/white) and click on "Buy Now" below the color options.
  • Your chosen product will be added to the cart automatically, and you'll be directed to the easy-checkout page to fill in your billing details.
  • Select your preferred payment method, either "Cash on Delivery" or "Online Payment" through bKash/Nagad/Debit/Credit Cards.
  • Provide your full name, phone number, full address, etc.
  • Make sure to check the "I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy" box.
  • Shortly after, you will receive a call to confirm your order.
How can I cancel my order?

It is possible to accidentally place an order at the website. To cancel the order follow the process down below:

  • You cannot personally cancel your order. 
  • To cancel your ordered product, you have to wait for the confirmation call from Eshat Telecom; When you receive the call for confirmation, request for cancelling your order;
    Your order list will be canceled from your request.

Is there any hidden cost if I order from Eshat Telecom?
  • There is no hidden cost if you order from Eshat Telecom.
  • You only have to pay the exact amount of the product cost you purchased.
  • Although, if you choose home delivery for inside or outside of dhaka, then there is a delivery charge that you have to pay as a additional charge for the delivery.
How can I change or add a new address after placing an order?

Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to modify the address directly. If you need to change the address, please contact our helpline at "01972617255" and submit a request for the desired modification to your order.

What gadgets are covered under Eshat Telecom warranty?
  • All gadget items are accompanied by a warranty for a thorough inspection period of up to 03 days.
  • When filing a warranty claim for accessories (such as Smart Watch, AirPods, Power Adapter, Cable, Bluetooth Speaker, etc.) covered by the official warranty, it is essential to retain both the box and the warranty sticker. The processing time for such claims may range from 3 to 45 business days.
  • Samsung's Watch and Buds, along with Apple's Watch, AirPods, Pencil, Mouse, and Keyboard, are covered by a 10-day repair warranty (excluding products already under the Apple 1-Year Warranty). This warranty addresses concerns like display/touch issues, liquid damage, and physical damage, excluding damage to the product box.
Can I exchange a purchased device if I find no visible issues?

You must unbox the product and check it properly before leaving the outlet.
